Southeast Healthcare Welcomes Child Psychiatrist Dr. Jessica Ee

Southeast Healthcare is pleased to welcome Dr. Jessica Ee, psychiatrist, to our healthcare staff.  Dr. Ee is board certified in Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and is board eligible for board certification in Forensic Psychiatry. Dr. Ee is an undergraduate from The State University of New York College (SUNY) at Geneseo and medical school graduate at SUNY Upstate. She completed Psychiatry Residency, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship and the Charles E. Steinberg Fellowship in Psychiatry and the Law at the University of Rochester.

Julie Gosky, M.Ed., LPCC, Clinical Director, Adult, Family & AOD Services for Southeast Healthcare says “Having Dr. Ee join us adds additional depth to our array of services for children and families.  It’s wonderful to have a psychiatrist so dedicated to the team approach we employ at Southeast.  An added bonus for the community we serve is that we have no waiting list to get into services!”

Currently there is no wait for families with children experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, anger, etc. and families can be seen immediately. Call Southeast Healthcare’s Merion Village office at 614-444-0800 ext. 2233 to schedule an evaluation. Most insurances and Medicaid are accepted.

Dr. Ee is drawn to psychiatry because of the team based approach and that every team member sees something different in a client, making each perspective valuable. She says “No two patients have the same story, making every day interesting and the care I give each person is unique” Dr. Ee grew up in Toronto, Canada but came to the US to attend college in New York State. Some of her hobbies include cooking, baking, growing orchids, reading murder mysteries, singing, knitting and painting.
