Our case managers will work with patients to look at housing options. Southeast does not pay for any patient housing.
Southeast has multiple interpretation services that it contracts with. Interpretation is done on-demand and either via phone or video calls.
Our agency is equipped with benefit specialists to help find the right insurance solution for you. The insurance navigators help patients apply for their benefits. Patients can also interact with their case manager to assist in applying for health insurance.
Southeast operates as an outpatient agency only. We do not have any inpatient services.
Patients are permitted to retain an outside primary care physician. Having a primary care physician within Southeast allows patients to see their primary care physician, Psychiatrist/Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, and treatment team in the same building. All care, all encompassed.

Primary care physicians, family practice nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners are able to prescribe psychiatric medications. Patients are normally asked to be seen to be granted refills of medications to monitor their condition.
Multiple Southeast locations offer substance use treatment and medication assisted treatment (MAT) services, which can include individual and group therapy. Contact the office closest to you to see if substance use treatment is offered.
We ask that our patients call in to cancel appointments. Southeast appreciates cancellations 24-48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Our friendly staff will reschedule your appointment for a more convenient time for you.
Southeast’s skilled therapists offer a variety of therapeutic techniques, ranging from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). An intake specialist can explain the benefits of each technique.
