If you receive services from Southeast Healthcare and you feel you are not being treated fairly or have a concern about how your services are being delivered, please contact Southeast’s Patient Rights Officer to file a complaint.

Please leave a message with your name, phone number and information about your complaint. Your call will be returned within one business day.
