Southeast Healthcare has a long-standing history of providing our community with evidence-based substance use programs and services to help you reclaim your life with our counseling, medication-assisted treatment and recovery services.
While each individual in treatment will have specific long- and short-term goals, our specialized substance abuse treatment programs have three similar generalized goals:

Preventing or reducing the frequency and severity of relapse

- Community Treatment Teams
Signs of Substance Use and Abuse
Call 911 immediately if a person exhibits ANY of the following symptoms:
- Extremely pale face and/or skin feels clammy to the touch
- Limp body
- Purple or blue fingernails or lips
- Vomiting or making gurgling noises
- Can’t be awakened or are unable to speak
- Breathing or heartbeat slows or stops

Getting Started
You can walk into our Central Intake department at 16 W. Long Street, Columbus, OH 43215, anytime between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our team will help you complete admission forms and conduct medical and clinical assessments.
Be ready to share your medical history and complete a urine screen and blood test. We will then discuss your treatment options and set your first appointment. Please plan to be here for 2-4 hours.
