Accreditations

Our Medical
Providers and Clinical Staff are some talented people, our combined years of
experience and continued excellence has been recognized by local and national
organizations.

The Joint Commission

The Joint
Commission conducts periodic unannounced accreditation surveys at Southeast
Healthcare.

The purpose
of these surveys is to evaluate Southeast’s compliance with nationally
established Joint Commission standards. Survey results are used to
determine whether, and the conditions under which, accreditation should be
awarded to Southeast. Joint Commission accreditation means that Southeast
complies with the highest national standards for safety and quality of care.

a safety or quality concern, you are encouraged to call the Southeast Patient
Rights Officer or the Southeast Safety Officer at 614-225-0990.

STATE OF OHIO CERTIFICATION

Community
mental health agencies require certification by the Ohio Department of Mental
Health & Addiction Services (Ohio MHAS) when they provide mental health
services that are funded by a community mental health board or when they are
subject to Department licensure of a residential facility according to section
5119.22 of the Revised Code.
